We offer FREE DELIVERY on all orders over £30 (inc VAT) that are delivered to UK mainland addresses, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Deliveries to non UK mainland addresses will incur extra delivery charges. All orders placed below the value of £30 will incur a delivery charge of £5.00 Inc. VAT.

All of our products are delivered by courier via our third party suppliers within 2 to 5 working days providing orders are placed before 3pm. Any orders placed after 3pm will be processed on the next working day. You will receive an email confirmation for your order. In addition, you may be contacted by the supplier approximately 48 hours prior to delivery. If you agreed a delivery date with the supplier but the delivery is subsequently not accepted on that date, a cancellation fee will apply.

We would hope that all of our customers are happy with their new products, however, in the unlikely event that the product is faulty or if you change your mind for any reason, we are happy to offer you a full refund, provided that the goods returned are returned within 28 days of delivery and in a resalable condition*. If the product is being returned due to a change of mind, a collection charge will apply. Your refund or exchange will be processed once we are in receipt of the goods. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on an item that has not been returned in a fully resalable condition - undamaged and in their original packaging and with the labels intact. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you report a fault within the warranty time frame, please contact our customer services team on 01772 436680 during office hours, who will liaise with the third party supplier to resolve the issue. If the problem/fault is down to manufacturing, the parts will be replaced. If the problem/fault is found to be due to improper use of the product, a charge will apply.

All of our products are delivered flat packed for self assembly unless otherwise stated.
